At The Spa at The Quay, we aim to provide a tranquil and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly request our guests to adherence to the following Spa guest Policy.

Arrival Time

To ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment or spa experience. We please ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your spa experience. This allows our expert team to handle your check in experience smoothly. We will be giving you a tour of the facility including a discussion of your day. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of consideration for other guests.

Morning spa experiences we please ask you to arrive at 8:30am

Afternoon spa experiences we please ask you to arrive at 13:15pm 


Mobile phones and Electronic Devices

To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask guests to refrain from using cell phones and electronic devices in spa areas on loud. Please silence all devices upon entering the spa. We encourage you to take photos of our spa areas, please feel free to tag us into your content. We love seeing you enjoy or facilities! However please be mindful of other guests around you.

Attire

We provide hired spa robes and complementary flip flops for your comfort during your visit. Please wear appropriate swimwear or undergarments underneath your provided robe for when you are using our facilities. We request that guests keep undergarments on during massages and body treatments. Your therapist will provide you with further instruction.

Valuables

While we take every precaution to ensure the security of your belongings, we recommend leaving valuables such as jewellery and electronics in your room's safe or at home. The Spa as The Quay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Alcohol and Drugs

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the excessive consumption of alcohol before or during spa treatments is strictly prohibited. We operate a zero-drug tolerance. Please note that our team have the right to remove you from our facility if deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policy

We recognise that unexpected situations may occur. Our spa team carefully reviews cancellation requests to assess if they can or cannot be accommodated. We require at least a 72 hour notice period if you need to reschedule your spa experience. Please be aware that full payment is required at the time of booking.
